Tsuya handles the bookkeeping for VanWest Partners, as well as for VanWest’s in-house management company that oversees the national self storage portfolio, ClearHome Self Storage.
Prior to joining the VanWest team, Tsuya held accounting, human resources, and office management positions for 20+ years across various industries, including real estate, hospitality, construction, and insurance.
When not in the office, Tsuya is busy pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. She loves to travel, hike with her dog, and visit local art installations.
