Tsuya manages human resources, extending her expertise to encompass the comprehensive HR operations for both VanWest Partners and their vertically integrated operations and management company, ClearHome Self Storage. With over two decades of diverse experience spanning accounting, human resources, and office management across industries such as real estate, hospitality, construction, and insurance, Tsuya brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to her role. Her extensive background helps to foster a productive and inclusive workplace culture.
When not in the office, Tsuya is busy pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems, as well as senior and professional level certifications in HR and Risk & Compliance.
Tsuya loves to travel, hike with her dog, and attend various local art & entertainment events.
