Ryan Kennedy serves as a coordinator for the revenue management team at ClearHome Self Storage, VanWest Partner’s vertically integrated operations and management company. In this role, Ryan oversees portfolio-wide rate management, implementing strategic adjustments such as existing customer rent increases and conducting comprehensive competitor rate analysis. Moreover, Ryan is instrumental in creating technological advancements within revenue management by integrating automation solutions and optimizing customer data processing systems.
Ryan’s expertise is underpinned by his academic background, having earned a degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the Burns School of Real Estate at the University of Denver. His specialized focus on development and feasibility equips him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and revenue optimization initiatives.
Outside of the office, Ryan takes every chance he gets to explore the mountains and appreciate the great outdoors.
