Laura oversees the daily operational performance of the company’s self storage portfolio. Laura establishes criteria and metrics, develops and executes growth initiatives, and identifies, monitors, and addresses areas of opportunity through data analysis and communicates across all areas of the business.
Prior to VanWest Partners, Laura spent four years in banking underwriting $1B+ in commercial real estate loans. Additional experience includes acquisitions/dispositions, financing, and development and construction within the Denver market.
Laura graduated on the Dean’s List at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Laura served on the Board of Directors for CREW and was recognized as CREW Denver’s Rookie of the Year for the annual Women of Influence Awards.
Laura is a Colorado Native whose hobbies include spending time outdoors with her husband, baby boy, and pup Maggie. Camping, good breweries, hot springs, and reading are in constant rotation on the weekends.
