As a director of the VanWest Commercial Brokerage team, Jay is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for commercial projects. Jay provides a personal service model to his clients, ensuring that their real estate needs match their business or personal goals.
Jay has nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience within the Denver market as well as at a national level. He focuses on investment and owner-user purchase and sales, office tenant representation, and leasing for office and retail projects. Prior to joining VanWest Partners, Jay was a Senior Vice President at Cresa Global representing office users on a local and national level.
When Jay is not in the office or chasing around his three kids, you can find him on the golf course, skiing, on a river, or listening to live music. Jay is a Denver native and is a die-hard Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos fan.
