Taylor is the Training Coordinator at ClearHome Self Storage, VanWest Partner’s vertically integrated operations and management company. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce through comprehensive training and ongoing professional development initiatives. She ensures every new hire at a ClearHome facility receives the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles, while also creating engaging continuing education content to support employee growth.
Prior to joining the team, Taylor dedicated six years to making a positive impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Working closely with children on the Autism spectrum and their families, Taylor provided invaluable support and guidance, empowering families with practical techniques to enhance the lives of their loved ones. She also served as a mentor to new therapists, overseeing their onboarding process and equipping them with the tools needed for success.
Beyond her professional role, Taylor finds joy in spending quality time with her friends and beloved dog, Kola, exploring the great outdoors, relaxing in hot springs, or heading to the park. An avid sports enthusiast, Taylor can often be found cheering on the Denver Nuggets.
