Marlen works equally on the company’s retail holdings as well as the national self storage portfolio. She is responsible for assisting with the overall successful management and completion for all facets of general administration.
Prior to joining VanWest Partners, Marlen spent 5+ years managing multi-family portfolios, which included day-to-day tenant and vendor relations, leasing functions, and a wide range of property management responsibilities.
When not in office, you can find Marlen spending quality time with her family and friends, enjoying a new restaurant, or curling up with her cat and a good book.
