Lesley is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and training at the facility level for the company’s national self storage portfolio. She works in tandem with the acquisitions team to successfully onboard new facilities and transition them to VanWest’s in-house management company, ClearHome Self Storage.
Prior to working at VanWest Partners, Lesley worked as a lead trainer for Public Storage.
When she’s not in the office, Lesley can be found wandering the mall or catching a movie with her two teenage daughters.
