At Public Storage, Scott garnered extensive experience with both acquisitions and new construction openings. Scott created and implemented the customer marketing and sales program used for retail merchandise programs that is still used today following a successful launch in his market that grew sales YOY by 33% annually. Scott‘s problem-solving skills led him to pioneer the online rental option for Public Storage, called Express Check-in, which increased move-in conversion rates and allowed for an increase in managed rates.
