In close collaboration with the acquisitions team, Lesley facilitates the seamless onboarding of new facilities, ensuring a smooth transition to VanWest's vertically integrated operations and management company, ClearHome Self Storage. Her approach and background in self storage contribute to the successful integration of acquired properties into ClearHome's portfolio.

Lesley also plays a key role in driving ancillary revenue and overseeing vendor management, including liaising with U-Haul representatives and addressing IT and hardware issues. Additionally, she manages ClearHome's social media presence, leveraging her creativity and strategic insight to enhance the company's online visibility and engagement.

Prior to joining VanWest Partners, Lesley was a lead trainer for Public Storage, where she played a key role in training and developing staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Outside of the office, Lesley enjoys spending quality time with her family, rescue dog and cats, and participating in community events to support her daughter's school and cheer team.
