At purchase, the facility was 86% occupied with revenue of ~$27k per month. VanWest immediately implemented rate management strategies, marketing initiatives, and ancillary revenue streams which resulted in a 10% increase in occupancy and 42% increase in revenue since purchase as of February 2022.
